Why the mountains hit visitors hard
Park City sits at roughly 7,000 feet and the lifts go higher. At that elevation every breath carries less oxygen, the air is dry, and you lose fluid faster than you would at home. Many people arriving from near sea level notice a headache, nausea, low energy or broken sleep, usually starting 6 to 24 hours after they arrive.
For most people it is mild and eases within a couple of days as the body adjusts. An easy first day, plenty of water, little or no alcohol the first night and sleeping as low as you reasonably can all help.

Altitude SicknessFullest formula
$295
Built for the first couple of days after you arrive, when the elevation is doing more to you than you expected.
In the bag B vitamins (B-complex + B12), vitamin C, magnesium, glutathione, zinc, anti-nausea medication, pain medication, steroid, IV fluids
Good for headache, nausea, breathlessness, poor sleep at elevation
Where an IV fits
An IV does not speed up acclimatization, and it is not a substitute for getting lower if you are seriously unwell. What it can do is replace the fluid you have lost and let your provider give anti-nausea and pain medication directly, which helps many visitors get through the rough first day or two more comfortably. If you mostly feel dry and flat, plain IV hydration at $125 may be all you need — we will say so.
When altitude is an emergency
Breathlessness at rest, a persistent cough, confusion, trouble walking in a straight line or unusual drowsiness can signal serious altitude illness. That needs emergency care and a lower elevation — call 911.
Plan it into the trip
The easiest time is your first or second morning. Groups arriving together can book one visit: three to four people get 10% off each treatment, five or more get 20% off each. Everyone is assessed individually, and anyone we decline to treat is not charged. For five or more, call or text with 48 hours’ notice rather than booking online.
We come to Park City, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, the Snyderville Basin and the Heber Valley. First appointments, and any appointment at a hotel or short-term rental, take a $75 deposit that comes straight off your treatment.
