What NAD+ is

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy and to maintain and repair itself. Levels tend to fall with age, which is why NAD+ has drawn so much interest from people focused on energy, recovery and healthy aging.

We would rather be straight with you: research on IV NAD+ is still early. People who choose it usually do so for energy, mental clarity and recovery, and many come back for more — but it is not a treatment for any disease, and we will not tell you otherwise.

How we price and dose it

NAD+ is $1 per mg and can be added to any treatment on the menu. Your nurse practitioner will recommend a starting dose based on your history and goals, and you decide from there.

100 mgadds roughly 30 minutes
250 mgadds about an hour
500 mgadds about two hours

It runs slowly on purpose. Pushed too fast, NAD+ commonly causes chest tightness, flushing, cramping or nausea, so we keep the rate comfortable and adjust as you go.

Why at home makes sense for NAD+

Two hours is a long time in a clinic chair. At home you can work, read, or nap while it runs, and your nurse practitioner stays for the whole infusion. We come to Salt Lake City, Park City and across Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Summit and Weber counties with no travel fee.

Questions

How much NAD+ should I start with?

Your nurse practitioner will recommend a starting dose based on your history, goals and how much time you have. Higher doses simply take longer to run.

Can I add NAD+ to a Myers Cocktail or hydration drip?

Yes. NAD+ can be added to any treatment at $1 per mg. Build the extra time into your booking.

Is NAD+ covered by insurance or HSA?

We do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, but whether a particular service qualifies is set by your plan administrator.

Are there side effects?

Given too quickly, NAD+ can cause chest tightness, flushing, cramping or nausea. Slowing the rate usually settles it, which is why we run it gradually and stay with you throughout.
