Why the morning feels the way it does

Alcohol suppresses the hormone that tells your kidneys to hold on to water, so a night out leaves you short on fluid before you count the dancing, the dry air or the altitude. Add an unsettled stomach, short sleep and a headache, and sipping water the next morning can feel like it is barely touching it.

A drip puts fluid straight into circulation and lets your provider give anti-nausea medication without asking your stomach to cooperate. It will not erase a hangover — nothing does — but many people feel noticeably steadier by the time the bag is done.

$295

Fluids, medication and nutrients for the morning you would rather skip.

In the bag Anti-nausea medication, stomach acid reducer, magnesium, B vitamins (B-complex), antihistamine, IV fluids. Glutathione and Toradol are included where your provider’s assessment supports them.

Good for dehydration, nausea, headache, sensitivity to light

What happens when we arrive

Your nurse practitioner checks your vitals and asks what you had, when, and what medications you take. That assessment decides whether glutathione and Toradol go in the bag. Add-on boosts such as extra B12 or vitamin C are $35 each.

When it is more than a hangover

Confusion, trouble staying awake, slow or irregular breathing, seizures, or vomiting that will not stop can be signs of alcohol poisoning. That is a 911 call, not a house call.

Bachelorette weekends and ski houses

Three to four people get 10% off each treatment, five or more get 20% off each. Everyone is assessed individually, and anyone we decline to treat is not charged. For five or more, call or text with 48 hours’ notice rather than booking online.

Discreet from start to finish

Charges show on your statement only as Vera Vie Wellness, never the treatment. We come to Park City, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction and across the Salt Lake Valley, with no travel fee. First appointments, and any appointment at a hotel or short-term rental, take a $75 deposit that comes straight off your treatment.
